Ballet (Beginner/ RAD Grade)
Join us for a Ballet class designed from the beginners level to the advance level. Improving balance, flexibility and posture. It’s an excellent workout. The classes offer traditional barre exercises from plies to grand battements, and gentle stretching. We offer a wide range of exams and assessments to motivate and reward students of all ages and abilities at Royal Academy Of Dance syllabus. Jazz Funk Dance is fierce, is cute, is powerful, is sensual and is a diva-like dance style. It takes elements from Hip Hop, Jazz, and waacking.
Aerial Yoga are stretches and poses, it helps release stress from body and mind by using Aerial silk hammocks. We’ve turned traditional yoga upside down by using suspended hammocks. You’ll get all the benefits of yoga but with the added ability to hold challenging postures longer allowing your joints to decompress.
Stretching can also motivate better work performance and de-stress. It is not very time consuming and it also does not require much effort, which is why it can be a little tough for most people to believe that stretching does wonders for your body and its health.
Barre workouts use a combination of postures exercise inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and Pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while you contract a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.
